Do you ship to my country?
Vapeoza ships from Europe warehouse and ships to most countries/regions around the world.
For countries we cannot ship to, you will see “No Shipping Method Available Now” when checkout your order. In this situation, feel free to contact our support team to see whether we can help or not.
Shipping methods
There are 3 available shipping methods: Registered Airmail, UPS and Dedicated Line.
Shipping cost & shipping time
The shipping cost depends on the weight of product, the destination and the shipping method you picked. Detailed pricing information (and estimated shipping time) is visible when checkout you order.
Choose the correct destination, then select the shipping method to obtain an accurate shipping cost.
Address change
If you need to modify the shipping address for your order, please contact our customer support team before the order has been shipped. Once your order has been confirmed as shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed under any circumstances.
We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details at checkout to ensure accuracy. We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. All undelivered packages will be destroyed, no re-delivery services.
Delivery issue
Damaged, Missing or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving them, it is your responsibility to check within the time span and notify us of any problem. You may be requested to send us Unboxing videos/pictures to show us the problem clearly.
Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by warranty.
Do you offer free shipping?
Right now, we don’t offer free shipping for orders shipped from our EU warehouse. But we offer best price in the industry and frequent discounts on products. You may need to login or create an account at our site to view the best price.
Will you provide tracking number?
Yes, we will provide tracking number and related tracking website for all orders, you can track your package online at any time.
What’s the solution if my package not delivered?
If your package does not arrive within our promised delivery timeframe and there are no tracking updates indicating active transit for an extended period, we will offer you a choice between a full refund or a free replacement shipment for the affected items.
What should I do if my package delivered to an incorrect address?
If your tracking information shows the package was delivered to an incorrect address, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will initiate an investigation with our shipping partner. If we confirm mis-delivery and cannot reroute the package to your correct address, we will offer you a choice between a full refund or a free replacement shipment.
Customs tax
The Tax / Customs fee in destination country are at customer’s expense. We encourage you to check with your local customs office for potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs, before placing order.

USA retail customers
Here are some good news for USA customers:
1. State/Local Excise Tax? We don’t charge you any tax. And we have paid customs tax for all retail orders, which selected Dedicated Line as the shipping method.
2. Adult Signature? No, we don’t require adult signature.
3. Signature Fee? No signature fee for Vapeoza packages.
4. Your packages will be delivered by USPS.
